After more than four decades as an HMO, the property had fallen into significant disrepair. Our brief was clear: to return the house to its original status as an elegant family residence, while reimagining it for contemporary living.

The house was completely stripped back to its structure and rebuilt throughout, with all new wiring and plumbing installed. The internal layout was entirely reconfigured to suit modern family life, incorporating generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a substantial rear extension, and newly formed loft dormers.

Externally, both the front and rear gardens were comprehensively redesigned. The rear garden has been transformed into a landscaped outdoor living space, featuring a large patio, dedicated seating areas and a bespoke outdoor kitchen. A garden room is planned as the final addition, completing the vision for this exceptional home.
